Is anyone else reading this? This is an awsome book. They're basically taking the JLA and making them more badass. They are all based on the JLA. So far there is Hyperion (Superman) Nighthawk (Batman) Alabama Blur (Flash) and a green lantern guy that I can not remenber his name. But it is so cool.
Kid Flash of the Flash Clan
Kid Flash of the Side-kick Clan
Kyle Rayner of the GL corps
Hawkeye/Green Arrow of the JLA/Avengers Clan
Joker:"Harvey, Idon't even want to know where you hid that coin."
Two-Face:"No yo don't."

Yes, it is *very* cool. It is a reimagining of the original Squadron Supreme done in the mid 80's. It basically took the JLA archatypes and used them in a story that was the Authority before the Authority exsisted(minus all of the shock value, which, truth be told, is 95% of the meat of the Authority anyway....)
The Green Lantern character in Supreme Power hasn't been given a name yet, but in the SS, he was called Dr. Spectrum. So far we have also been given glimpses of Power Princess and the Amphibian. The Blur's original name in the SS was the Whizzer.....and he had a yellow costume to boot...
JM Straczynski has been knocking them out of the park on Amazing Spidey, and supreme Power is another monthly does of his amazing story telling. JMS, if you are unaware, is the mastermind behind Babylon 5.
