If fast force oracle used her sp. Moving the Pieces into Place (Defense) Give Oracle a power action and choose another friendly character that shares a keyword with her and has no action tokens. That character is immediately given a move action as a free action with their speed value halved for this action. She gave Batman a move actions as a free action which he used to activate the grapnel gun from the utility belt. Grapnel Gun: Give this character a move action; it can use Improved Movement: Ignores Elevated Terrain and the Carry ability for this action. If the square the character ends its movement in is of a higher elevation than the square it began the movement, it may be given a close combat action as a free action. Could batman move to position use the free close combat action to flurry and then as his non free action flurry again?
According to the new 2013 rulebook and PAC it cannot because they would be given an additional free action close combat attack via flurry twice in one turn.

The 2013 rules changed nothing in this respect and it has been ruled previously that if you can activate a power you can do everything that power allows.
It sound right that you wouldn't be able to use a free action to make the second attack of flurry twice but is'nt it you can't activate an effect using a free action. Really you are giving one free action to activate flurry and one close combat to activate it a second time...what happens after is past the activation of it no. Just wondering. I'm not sure if I am stating that correctly just wanna make sure if it is possible.
chrisdosmil is right about Vanisher Punisher being correct. [queue Blazing Saddles music...]
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
