Suicide Squad TA question

If I have two figs with the Suicide Squad TA adjacent to a friendly fig who just got KO'd, do they both get to use the Suicide Squad TA, or only one of them? I can't see why they couldn't both use it, but I just wanted to be sure. Thanks.

SUICIDE SQUAD TA:

Quote

When a friendly character adjacent to a character using the Suicide Squad team ability is KO’d, roll a d6 and subtract 2 from the result, minimum result 1. After the action is resolved, if this character is not KO’d, you may heal it of damage equal to the result.)
