His dial is a 5 in Nova Corps teams. I have really underestimated how awesome force blast is on the right map. So many times I had my little 5 point recruits knocking the opponent off ledges for auto matic 2 damage. That was my best offense in the game. The dial is only so so otherwise, but the 18 defense is nice to share with other lower point Nova characters.

It almost bothers me that this Nova has the longest range out of the Nova Corps we got through out GG, and he is a melee fighter. ALMOST. Really really good for the points.

I love this dial.

While not necessarily a must for Nova Corps teams now with the new Force Blast rules, he definitely makes them that much more fun to play giving them all FB down the dial. I happen to use this dial with my Fraktur mod :cool:

Played him last night on a New Warriors themed-team and completely forgot about his traited force blast. It's a pity, too, since he was based most of the game by an opposing Lightning Lad. Despite all this, he still lasted the longest (landing on his regen click and rolling 'five' a few times).
