They should be legal. DS is on stairs of elevation 1, SCS is on elevation 1 and Lois is on elevation 2 adj to elevation 1 stairs. Lois might be illegal but I don't think so. Also even with sharpshooter Hawkeye can't fire at a taeget if he's adj to an op character, he'd have to target the SCS.

I think the confusion lies with the fact that your tokens are backwards

So, ok, yes, it's LOIS that's illegally placed. The two elevations are only pseudo-adjacent, adjacent for Close Combat attacks only. For instance, Poison wouldn't work from M-9 to N-9. So, yeah, Lois would need to be moved.

Mind if I start my turn over with your new/correct placement?
