Using the quick & dirty method of slicing off limbs and splashing red paint everywhere, I've created fifty zombies to use in swarm scenarios. I only ever pulled one zuvembie, but for home games I'm all set.

Also, this was a pretty good way to use up all those old Infinity Challenge, Hypertime and Ultimates pieces that I was never going to play again. Now if my zombies KO someone like Batman, Cyclops, Wolverine, Spider-Man, etc... I have a zombie version of that character to replace him with.

Yes, I do like living in a forest. On the left of the tray are the Horrorclix zombies I had, but everyone has the standard Zuvembie dial. (Printed up using Urlmaker's dial creation site.) In the back right corner you can see a Daredevil with bony legs and skull that I thought would look cool, but in the end it really, really didn't.


Kingpin and Blob here were probably the best ones I ended up with. I found some stringy glue that looks absolutely repulsive when painted red, like stringy flesh being eaten, or a spinal column dangling from poor Daredevil's head.


I cut up a Warhammer skeleton model to show some older zombies had lost a lot of flesh from their bones like Shocker here, but I don't know how effective it looks.


Jubilee, Black Widow and Cyclops here would probably do better if I did a wash over them with some weak brown ink or something similar to dull the bright colours and dirty up all that fresh blood. You can see from Black Widow just how good I am at doing eyes.

I never sprayed these mods with a semi-gloss sealant like I was planning to. Maybe if I end up selling them, I'll put in the extra effort. If they only ever get used once... then meh. They're fine for a few hours' effort.
