This question concerns if someone has handcuffs put on them and the Unspoken is with his 3 range to use his special power:

Does this mean that the character would not be able to do anything at all? What would happen if they were the last remaining character on the map, would you just have to pass every turn till the opponent killed them or would the game end like in the case of capturing all opposing figures on the map, or something else...?

If the character can't be given a power action for some reason, then you are correct... the character can't really do anything.

That doesn't mean the game is automatically over, though. *LOTS* of other factors could still come into play, not the least of which is the Handcuffed character's team might actually be the one ahead on points and will win unless the Handcuffed guy is KO'd. Play the game normally and see what happens.
