Does the DKR Batman TA symbol qualify as the regular batman symbol for purposes of filling Batman Cowl's second effect?

i think it will be like how the batmobile was. i can't remember how it looked exactly, but if it shows the yellow and black symbol then no.

No. Batman cowl asks for the standard Batman Ally TA symbol. So the DKR symbol will not qualify for the second effect.
