I wish this was the FCBD sculpt instead of giving us ANOTHER Iron Man. Just this sculpt with stealth and range to show how he was sneaking around half the movie with his tricks. There's enough of the armor for this to have worked. And the FCBD figure would have looked like Robert Downey Jr.

Isn't there only one other character with this trait? This doesn't make sense.

There's still another Iron Man set coming, you can probably bank on seeing more of that trait.

I love this figure. Great support for 50 points. A cheap way to allow your scientist teams to grab Avengers Initiative, or even Avengers teams that don't already have that hard-to-get TA. Great combo with nearly any Doom, giving the nice TA and free damage as well as the ability to remove any defense Doom can't punch through himself. Good with CW Hawkeye for the same reason.

the other suit is just Upgrade armor not being plural, so id think that it wouldnt work, due to the fact that it is not the same exact trait. just like JLA isnt the same as justice league of america

The 75point Iron Man MK7 has the trait I believe

Like I'm pretty sure its either a typo or Tony Stark will have multiple armors and that is just one armor. Why else would there be two traits that have no other characters at all who can switch with them.

I think it's quite obvious this is supposed to promote to the 001 Iron Man Mk 7 at 75 pts. To say it isn't because of an additional "s" is pretty silly. How nit picky and asinine can you get?

I think we'll get more with the Invincible Iron Man set as well just because of the way it's worded it sounds like there should be multiple options.

i agree, but wording is every thing in games like these. i mean there are "joker" and then there are "the joker" some clixs only benefit when your using "the joker" and not "joker"

Well I feel bad for anyone that plays with a judge that wouldn't allow this to promote to 001 Iron Man Mk 7. Common sense really needs to prevail a bit more often. It's not changing game mechanics to be convenient, it's quite obvious what should be happening here and any judge who rules otherwise is someone missing the spirit of the game in my opinion. I'll leave it at that.

I really don't understand the current two star rating on this piece. He should be four stars at least. Look at what he has to offer for just 50 points! He brings stealth busting outwit (That alone should make him three stars), enhancement, willpower, the ability to promote, decent numbers, and useful keywords.

Perhaps he is just too good for his point value and gets pasted by the opponents big guns too quickly.

I agree, this Tony Rocks!! Pair him with Doom / Kang as the core of a Scientist Theme Team, and D/K can Running Shot into Stealth for 6-DAM Psychic Blast! Add AVM209 Tony Stark, and the already impressive 19-DEF on D/K becomes a 20, or 21 with Perplex!

Only one thing I regret : there are not enough armors with the trait.

I love this guy. Staple on Avengers teams for me. 50 points for so much utility is great. He can hold his own and help others. CW Hawkeye loves this guy. I also enjoy playing him with 125 Iron Man from M10.

Entirely awesome. I run this guy on a 200pt. mini-Avengers team and he owns. Pulls the majority of the weight with his Willpower, his Outwit, and his Enhancement. Love how they didn't nerf his range down to 4 like they do with so many pieces with dials and costs like this one - a 6 is actually useful. When he gets promoted it's all over.
