I have been seeing this, but not seeing answers from a definitive source.
1. Can you Mind Control a team base, and then make it use Working Together?
2. If #1 is possible, can you then use the power action given by Working Together to use a Solo adventure?
3. If #1 and #2 are possible, does that character on the solo adventure become friendly to your force, and if so... for how long?
4. If the character on the solo adventure becomes friendly to my force, and my opponent refuses to let me put him on his switch clix dial, since it is a part of his side line and not mine (Which is totally unsportsmanlike conduct) what happens to the character on the solo adventure? Does it become KO'd? If so, how many points would I receive? 5 or it's switch clix value?

Yes, you can mind control a Team Base
The actions grants by "working together" require a single power action to activate so your good to go in that department.
It was ruled that if a charactor is mind controlled to "Solo Adventure" then that charactor becomes friendly to your force for the rest of the game. But, this ruling has changed so that once the action to go on a "Solo Adventure" happens the Mind Controlled charactor on the "Solo Adventure" resolves the free action as stated by the rules of the Mind Controll power.
@ichaerus: if the part about MCing an opponents last figure is true, do you score points for the MCed character? and if neither team got anything is it an automatic tie? I've just never hard of that before and am curious.
I didn't review all of the posts, but it looks like some of your answers are in there, and consist of "it's under discussion".
You check to see if a game ends after all actions have resolved. At that point the team base will be back under your opponent's control, so the game will continue.
Just to apply the actual rule regarding MC, here it is from the 2013 rule book under "Winning the Game".
Quote
A HeroClix game ends when any one of the following situations occurs:
• Zero or one player has characters left on the map after all current actions have been resolved.
Part of MC's resolution, the control of the character goes back to the player before the game checks the game state to see if the game ends.
Capture is what can end the game in this manner since the resolution of capturing someone and then releasing them for points are two different game effects and actions.
They groaned, they stirred, they all uprose, Nor spake, nor moved their eyes; It had been strange, even in a dream, To have seen those dead men rise.

It's not, if no action is taken the MC ends immediately and you can't take any other action until the Mind Control is resolved. So you must do something with the charactor even if it's just moving the figure, using it's perplex, or using it's outwit.
Effects like Possession would automatically end the game if you Possess an opponents only figure, but MC does not.
That is correct and I am sorry. I misinterpreted the context in "when a hero clix game ends."
MoomPix is also correct. Ignoring answers 2-4 is fair. Because the definitive answers were being sorted out, that was my position at the time. It was not my intent to be misleading or give the wrong impression.
Thanks to all for the clarity. Will be more careful in the future.
