Centerhall begins as a mobile ranged attacker who can penetrate any defensive reducers. He has strong attack values on his first two clicks and the damage he does is respectable. As he weakens, he turns into tough little surprise tactic piece who can offer a pulse wave at 10 or 9 attack if you perplex his own attack values down the dial. Otherwise he offers perplex at a distance of six with an energy shield which can pump his ranged D up to a decent 18 or 17.
Centerhall is more versatile if paired with another Superman enemy of lower value, such as an Intergang Medic. Centerhall can then use outwit at a range of 6. If used with a stronger anti-superman enemy, of which there are many, Centerhall can then grant that character outwit. All in all, Centerhall gives you options on anti-superman teams most of all, or if you have another N.O.W.H.E.R.E. character, his leadership ability is also viable. Short of that, you are probably wasting points on abilities which are not going to be used in your game, so go with another option at his cost if you don't have anything to run with him.
