i like this piece but i dont its better then the 204 from this set

Someone please explain to me why these little guys don't have the cosmic keyword.

Don't underestimate these little guys. Their incap power coupled with their shape change can make them incredibly frustrating (especially with the new incap rules). Hit a character with incap that has damage reducers (hopefully dealing push or penetrating damage), and all of a sudden your 45 point harasser has invuln, inpervious, etc. BEWARE THE SPACE PHANTOM!
