Made for the best feat ever designed... Flash Bang!

The smoke cloud and 8 av makes this figure a little more playable than its lower versions.

Well, with the new Checkmate ATA he can be promoted to a mildly effective Perplexer for 22 points... although that's hardly a recommendation since you can get actual, real free-action Perplex at that point cost. That being said, I've always liked that this guy packs 2-targets since it makes his 8 attack go a bit further by hedging bets on his 8-range shots. Smoke Cloud is what it is, and might see some use on a cheap piece like this.
