So after 2 years HCO tells me they won't give me a refund because my computer is not up to spec. The same computer I've been using since the beginning. Where I've spent at least $500. I've plaid in at least 40 tournaments and had maybe 10 issues, sure that's a lot, but the last 9 times you didn't have an issue giving me a 'refund'. I have an issue may 5% of my matches?
I am feeling so disgusted. This is not the right way to treat a customer. Wheee what a week, I bombed out on an interview (although manager said I didn't do that bad), I'm no longer engaged, and I no longer am supported to play one of my past times. Amazing how Magic has no issues on my computer, movies, they're fine. but ohhh the gridlines!!!!
ugh.. half way through history and spent $650... what a waste. Oh and I buoght the computer new about a month and a half before I started playing, far from a gamer's spec but not a 486 either.
