In this scenerio (A )reresents Archangel and (B) represents Batman

1) Can Batman use Outwit through the buiding on Archangels chrage?
2)If not can Archangel charge through the building and hit Batman?

I don't know why it came out like that(uneven lines) ,it looked straight b4 I submittted it.srry

Batman cannot see Archangel, the wall blocks his line of sight. Assuming Archangel can get to a space adjecent to and at the same elevation as Batman the he can charge Batman.

ok thank you very much,I don't mean to complicate things more,but if I have a flying fig pickup Batman and Archies soaring,can you then use outwit,or since hes being carried is that option not available.

You cannot use Outwit in the middle of another action.
