If I play the Justice League at 295 points do they still get three actions through Working Together?

If I use solo adventure and pop off Batman does the Justice League still get three actions the next time they use Working Together?

If I'm using the Justice League at 300 and Solo Adventure with Green Lantern
and he is KO'd does my opponent get 160 or 110 points?

A guy where I play says that with working together you can exchange the use of one action for another. For example instead of a move and close combat action you can make 4 ranged combat actions (400 point value). Is this correct?

Not really.

Working together gives you as many free actions as the team bases point cost. With those free actions, you can't give them more than 1 FREE Power action, move action, close combat action, or ranged combat action. You are allowed to give them as many close or ranged combat ATTACKS for as many of those free actions as you want.

I have 2 questions about the Justice League Team Base:

1. If I have Shape Change and I recieve 3 range combat attacks from other team base that have "the Working Together" ability. Do I have the roll the Shape Change once or for every of the 4 attacks?

2. If I recieve an Penetrating attack with 4 damage (Exploit Witness or Psychic Blast). And I have Invulnerability and the Superman on Asset Dial (Damage dealt to Justice League is reduced by 1 in addition to any other effects).
-- How much damage do I recieve from that attack?

1. If you succeed on the shape change roll for the initial attack, you would not be able to be targeted for the remainder of the action. Otherwise, you would roll for each attack until you succeed.

2. You would receive 4 damage.
