So I picked up JLA because I wanted to see how they introduced the Earth 3 guys and I just feel like DC really shouldn't have told everyone that the Earth 3 guys were coming. The entire issue built to that point, and it was clearly written to be shocking, but it wasn't because I read Newsarama.

, I feel like there was a lot more that could have been explained.
Overall, I think there were too many splash pages.

Does anyone else think or hope that the Crime Syndicate's prisoner is Earth-3 Luthor? Because I would love that.

I had decided a couple of weeks ago that I'm dropping Captain America with issue 12. After reading this wee's issue, I made that decision at least a couple of months too late. The book was never what I hoped it would be (I wanted a lot less Zola, more new weird stuff for Cap to run into), but even what it is, I don't enjoy that much.
Captain Marvel was pretty interesting. I don't care about Infinity at all, but the background stuff, where Carol doesn't understand her teammates' references, and feels disconnected from all of them, that was good.
Angel & Faith ended well. I mean, I'd have preferred to see Whistler pummeled relentlessly (he's always irritated me), but I'll take what I can get. And the way things played out for Faith and Giles was fitting, if depressing. Also, Rebekah Isaacs has been killing it on this book as artist. I hope she'll land on some other title I want to read soon.
And I'm consistently surprised by how much I enjoy Avengers Arena. I hoped I would, but I really dig it.
