Yes, I've heard of several instances where he was able to get DESERVED negative feedback removed, and its really too bad, because he simply hasn't learned--to any degree, apparently--what causes people to climb the curtains.
Many of you recall the quite vocal and public campaign concerning his sale to me that took WEEKS to get resolved, most of my stress was due to ZERO COMMUNICATION. Its terrible, and unforgivable.
