So there I was, happily piecing together an X-Factor investigations team when WatX came out! I see Rictor and Shatterstar and Strong Guy's new costume and... Okay... I'm intrigued.

But I'm having a heck of a time finding any information. So would anyone wanna help with a lil filler? What's the story with X-Factor these days? And this line-up, who are they all?

Right away I recognize Multiple Man, Strong Guy and Siryn I believe? I'm pretty familiar with them.

I also see Shatterstar, Rictor, and Longshot I believe? Would anyone care to sort of catch me up on them and what brings them to X-Factor?

And then the remaining three I know nothing about. No clue who the bald guy on the left is, and not sure who the blond is with the M over her eye, and I'm assuming the other gal is M or Monet? But I don't know anything about her.

So if you're bored and wanna talk comics, fill me in on this team and it's members!

Darwin...Introduced in the Xmen Deadly Genesis (which brought us Vulcan the 3rd Summers he is a Mutant who literally can adapt to anything. He also appeared in Xmen First class as the Mutant who was killed to demonstrate the Brotherhoods powers
Shatterstar -was mind controlled and when broke free joined the team
Layla - Aka the Girl who knows. She is the gal who knew House of M was wrong and set out to fix it. She also knows a heck of a lot due to well Spoilers so I wont say
Longshot joined during SI due to a Longshot Skrull and then forming a bond with Darwin
Strong Guy
M She of at one time Generation X has stayed the same character wise even though she grew up a lot faster than the others.
Madrox
Siryn/Banshee
Rictor joined when he was depowered by Decimation but recently got his powers back

And I just read what happened in the final arc about Longshot and Shatterstar and can only gp WTF

Darwin (unclixed), Layla Miller (clixed) and M/Monet (clixed).

As for what brings them all together... well... they just had their final issue last week.

But if you have the time and or access, the entire run by Peter David makes for an overall really good series of stories.

The team goes through a lot, including Pip the Troll hanging around for a while, and a few loose ends that never got resolved, but it was a solid run.

Dude, IKR?! Pretty awesome stuff. I also highly recommend X-Factor Investigations as a comic, and was also sad when I got the final issue last week. -pours one out-

Wow. We just got all of those in the Wolverine and the X-Men set besides Siryn and Darwin, and Siryn was made is GSX.

I still want to see Darwin in this game, as well as the rest of the Deadly Genesis team.

Man, David's X-Factor is one hell of a book, and I've only just started playing catch-up. I have the first three volumes, so it'll be a long road to travel, but it's just so good.
