A Multiple Man on his top click is hit with Pulse Wave for three damage. Can Dupe Creation activate or does Pulse Wave prevent its use by ignoring all of Multiple Man's powers?

this power activates after damage has been taken, all his powers and abilitys are still being ignored.

Wouldn't this only come into play after the action(s) resolve? In other words, it would not matter how the damage was given.

Actually, Shadow King wouldn't get to roll the d6 if Pulse Waved."When Shadow King is dealt damage" is the trigger to roll the d6 after actions resolve, and when he is damaged the power is being ignored. By the time Pulse Wave is over the damage happened already.
