I'm going to play him on the Canadian Wilderness map and put him in the chimney.

His attack special is great as it always yields a useful power no matter what you roll. Either he gets runningshot with psychic blast or triple bolt incapacitate with support. Unfortunately the special is to random to rely apon....what if you REALLY need support? I think both a 1-3 and 4-6. Should've had support, that way you can use whatever attack power you received and if you don't need an attack this turn it would ne nice to beable to rely on support. The new rules of incapacitate allow this elf to deal penetrating no matter what he rolls.

Great defense for a 100 point figure! 18/supersenses and some mid dial reducers. The last click with stealth,willpower and range combat expert is better than players think...sure he's attacking with an 8av but he's either dealing 4 damage from stealth or 2 damage with a 10 av.

Very cool! The first character with Improved Targeting. Best used on a Mystical theme with CWFF Scarlet Witch to wildcard the Mystics TA.

Is he Modern Age or Golden Age?

I would consider him modern age. He was given away (mostly) as prize support based on the Fear Itself campaign. WK doesn't make individual figures modern age or not...just sets. And the rest of the "WK" set is modern age.

And if you want it from a comic purist's standpoint. I'm SURE you can point at Marvel and DC universe examples of Christmas/Holiday Elves over the years.

I have used him a couple times and all my opponents are in awe of this guy.

My second use was with Santa aka SLOSH Mordru, which was lots of fun. Holiday Elf certainly held his own when facing formidable opponents.

I wish he had other companions with the "Santa's Workshop" keyword. Can you imagine a team with Santa Claus, Santa's reindeer sleigh as a :d-wheel: and even more elves like in "LOTR" maybe some warrior elves or something! You could eve have Santa's gift sack as a "nmlR100c Utility Belt (complete)" type of clix! I think they would make such a cool and funny team! :cool: :cool: :cool:

While this guy is good, you are forgetting it's no the first improved targeting character made. I believe the first one was SM Ursa

Well Cosmic Spider-Man doesn't technically have improved targeting...so if we are judging by those who just ignore stuff Skrull Sue Storm from Secret Invasion came before Cosmic Spidey
