Just to clarify - the Ink grenade deals a penetrating when it is thrown, and at the start of my turn will deal another click to Wolvie when it is removed (because he is still adjacent to the placed special token based on where SS:I put him down) - did you want him there or somewhere else?
EDIT: Misread the tokens - it's SSI that would take a click.

Yeah I don't have enough movement to get away from it and make thesattack. SSI can afford some ink to the face.
