Who do we have to contact to request for a "FINAL WORD" on this? Or has it already been an errata for the UPGRADED ARMOR/S ability?

2 stars?! surprising... he's one of the best support pieces IMO. all those great powers up front, plus Avengers Initiative ta for wildcards. Tony Stark@50 + Sharon Carter@45 is a great 95pt start to any Avengers team. I played him on a 650pt Avengers team last week against Skrulls and his EE OWNED.

For the record, this is incorrect as of the latest Players Guide to Modern Age...Page 5, numbered 1-3, second bullet point under "Naming":
A Name Preceded by a definite article is considered the same as that name without the definite article. For example, Flash and The Flash are considered to be the same name... You mentioned JLA being different from Justice League of America as well... Maybe more open to interpretation, but the first bullet point under "Naming" in the PGMA is: "Abbreviated titles are considered the same as their long forms for determining a (characters) name. For example, Dr. Octopus and Doctor Octopus are considered the same....I put character in brackets, as that's the part that can be interpreted...after all, you're citing a team key word, and that isn't specifically addressed in the ruling.
For the record, I love planting this tony next to my Iron Man Mk.42 and watching its 12 Av and 5 Dam (plus one for Starks Enhancement!) melt through lesser foes!

Indeed. He was already one of my fave pieces from one of my fave sets.

I was sitting here looking at his dial and kinda scratching my head, wondering why he's a 5-star piece. Sure, he has Outwit, and Willpower and the Avengers keyword, and that's all great and all. Then, with the word "Outwit" in my head I look up and notice the Avengers Initiative TA, and literally my eyes go wide and my jaw drops.

Then there's that Stark Industries keyword...

Have you guys heard of a card game called "Kung Fu Fighting"? It's a great game, lots of fun, with excellent, over-the-top illustrations of some Hong Kong cinema scenes; just perfect stuff. Anyway, there's a special card in the deck called "when done right, none can defend..." This is the Heroclix equivalent of that card.

With all due respect, he was a five star piece prior to the existence of the SI ATA. Outwit and EE through Stealth, with Enhancement and Willpower thrown in was fantastic. :)

Its pieces like this that make me hate retirement. At least I dont play modern much. He is, and always will be a staple on many of my teams! Especially since he has a real name of tony stark and id cards are a thing ;)
