He is incredible. No one has annoyed me more than Psycho Pirate.

@Val- I know you made your post in 2008, but you had complained that he doesn't even have 4 range. Well he has mind control and 4 is the minimum range for that power. So basically he DOES have four. :)

Now on to my love of this figure. First off the character himself has always facinated me. It was rare to read about a villian who's main avenue of attack was emotions! His main gimmick being the medusa mask was always a cool original idea to me. I've used him a total if 9 different games. Out of those 9 games he completely annoyed and frustrated my opponent for 5 of those games. One match I didn't push him and just sat him in hindering with a 19 defense perplexing down my opponents attack. I got a gambit and rougue duo's attack value to a 6 once......that's when my opponent flipped his lid and concentrated his efforts in killing psycho pirate.

Another game my opponent had hulk, hollywood and Tigra bunch together in a big charging muscle bound triangle. I pushed psycho-pirate just to base all three of them. My opponent laughed and told me that I must not like my figures. All three had flurry....that's 6 attack rolls a turn just to try and hit him. They missed. In fact the frustration this little guy caused must've clouded my opponents judgement....because instead of deeming him non-lethal and rolling to break away...he...just....kept....attacking........no doubles....no hits. At the end of the game I told him he could've either outwitted his defense special...or just running shot him. What a great figure....great stats for his point value.

No Society keyword? That's a bummer. Fantastic figure though.
