I'm honestly really interested to see all the different teams built around him. Any Magic players remember back in the day when Skullclamp was in literally every Standard deck? Bizarro is gonna be the Skullclamp of Heroclix.
Nope, Quite opposite. He is balanced. yes he can take a tank turret to the face that was wielded by Galactus and only take one damage. he also will take one damage if hit by a street thug (assuming he misses his SS/Shape change roll). Also, If you would normally heal him for six clix? He only gets one. At 300 points he is gonna be very difficult to get rid of but most likely he is gonna be the tentpole of the team and a tentpole should be powerful.
Just because you can't alpha strike him, doesn't make him broken. At least he can't alpha strike you consistently. personally I'm really looking forward to this peice.
This guy is nuts, he literally has 12 stop clicks and that's if you've managed to get past impervious, super senses, and shape change, what a headache.
Name me another 300 point piece that needs a MINIMUM of 12 hits to go down.
name me a 300 pt tentpole that can be taken down by thugs without need of any objects. Name me another piece that can only EVER be healed one click at a time. Name me one piece that can be played as a Tentpole or a 25/50/75 etc pt filler. Get over it, He's balanced.
And no, I don't play Broken or Cheese.
I haven't thought about it enough to decide how balanced or unbalanced he may be, but I just absolutely love the massive amount of point flexibility this guy gives any thematic team he fits into.

I'll tell you what, we'll table this until he gets released. Then you try to take him down with thugs and tell me how that works out. Don't play him, play against him. If you still think he's balanced then, we can have another discussion...you, me, and your therapist.

Sure Pal, I know you just don't like him cause you can't alpha strike him.
I think he'll be fun to play and play against, and if he'll be overpowered it's only in the 3-5 token range, but it really aggravates me how he completly takes away the one element of HeroClix I always thought was THE most fundamental: Dial management. There's no pushing him, no playing carefully to keep him on a spesific click, no thinking about how much damage you'll need to deal to put him down most efficiently, just spin the wheel of fortune every turn and pile on all the attacks you can.
Also, I think his selection of damage powers are weird picks from a character accuracy point of view. Instead of RCE, EW and Shape Change I'd have gone with CCE, Perplex and Battle Fury.
A figure just shy of 65 points could kill bizzaro. Scarecrow from the invincible ironman set is a good example. Bizzaro is completely outwit table. Once he gets passed those first clicks scarecrow could go to town with him. Tie him up with plasicity then watch as a pog kills him with poison. Percision strike takes care of super senses and evasion altogether. I think you guys are claiming that the sky is falling based on a figure that can only deal 3 damage for his entire dial. If he's 50 points then he only technically has two clicks. 75 or 100 points only gives you a 3-4 click figure. Sure he will keep turning his dial accessing new powers but having 4 clicks for 100 points isn't broken ...its BAD.
Edit: ummm....heh just noticed the improved movement: ignores characters. Guess there's no tying up this bad boy. Still I hate being a part of a game where players only need to whine to completly neuter a figure. Sigh....bring on the whineing petition.
This Bizarro is a beast, it’ll take everything you have to bring him down. The best chance is use outwit then hit him with everything your team can dish out. Hopefully when he rolls on his next turn he lands on another dial that will still have the same power outwitted and you continue to pound him. Also if he does have someone on his team that can heal him I would focus on taking them out as fast as possible also. Even with that he’ll still be a pain, with the chance to do 5 damage from range and penetrating damage up close. You’ll still need this guy to have some bad dice rolls just so he takes any damage. I can’t wait to play against him or have him on a team, either way it’ll be fun seeing who has a strategy to take him out.
