Not a huge deal for me as long as they replace it. I wont be playing in a tourney so its whatever.

I've got Thor with a Wolverine dial and powers. But the product replacement website mentions that only rare and super rare figures will be replaced. What does this mean for us?

I sent a message via email to [email protected] And he responded

" I have been told that AvX Starters will be added into the replacement program. They are not in there at this time and won't be until the fulfillment center has received the materials they need in order to send out packages. Please check back in a few weeks for an update."

So hopefully we will be fine, we just have to wait. Which is to bad because I have already played my first tournament and would like to get my figure replaced...

FYI - AvX is now available in the Wizkids product replacement system.

I just printed out my return slip for the Cyclops that I got with Colossus dial.

I really, really hope the policy that I am only guaranteed a figure of the same rarity back doesn't apply to starter figures.

Now when I send a piece back to them I have to pay shipping, Correct? For their mistake.
