As I said, I stand to be corrected. Show me the comic and build a line-up true to that comic, go right ahead.
We are not trying to be too restrictive, we want people to have fun and build fun teams.

Ok glad that it is somewhat cleared up since the last time I saw anything prior to the last few posts involved the words "Chase Thanos"...

Anyway if that's the case I may have to pull out good old Veteran Xplosion SWAT specialist and support team and if that is not comic accurate enough I'll come with a Wiki entry detailing where my alternate team came from.

Thursday 19th December - 400pts sealed!

Purchase your choice of Iron Man and Batman Origins boosters and make a team.

Choices to make the team from are:

2x IIM Boosters
1x IIM Booster, 5x B:O CTD
10x B:O CTD

This is dependent on whether the shop has stock (I guess we'll find out on the weekend)

To be on the safe side, also bring along a 200pt team of only common rarity figures from sets that had character cards, with no other game elements (ie no ATAs, no feats, no relics, no special objects, no other things that I haven't thought to put in this post but are obviously game elements and I will call you a cheese weasel if you try to bring along before I throw a chair at your head)

There will be _NO_ event run on January 2nd, so the next event will be January 16th and will be whichever of the above two formates don't get run this week.

What about objects and ATAs?

I've just had it pointed out to me that this Thursday is actually the last late night shopping before Xmas. As such, I think it's probably best to not have an event this thursday, and instead we'll just have a break until Thursday the 16th of January.

By then the stock should be in for sealed.

So the formats are now

Thursday 19/12/2013 - nothing
Thursday 02/01/2014 - nothing
Thursday 16/01/2014 - 400pts sealed
Thursday 30/01/2014 - 200pts common carded figures only, no tactics (as in the game elements, not as in throw your figures at each other)

There is clix on this Sunday (29/12/13)!

It is a 600 point epic match with only fantasy themed stuff. So Lord of the Rings/Hobbit, the new Mageknight stuff, DOTA and any other stuff that is fantasy. For example Asguard, mighty, worthy, nightmaster, skaar, green arrow, Dr Strange, Aquaman when he has a trident. Stuff like magic people without modern gear or dudes with medieval weapons.

Remember it is an epic game!

The fellowship of the rings OP kit will be used, with a prize for best theme team!
