MOS 003 Zod

Greetings, in a theoretical scenario General Zod crosses his red line at 225 points (see below for trait), if he is healed back over it does he stop clicking each time the line is passed, or is it only the first time?
"EARTH'S YELLOW SUN: If General Zod is 125 points, he is KO'd when he crosses the red KO line. If General Zod is 225 points, he is not KO'd when he crosses the red KO line; instead, stop turning the dial and he has "wing symbol" and "indomitable symbol"."

Example: superman slaps general Zod from click 6 to click 7(hitting wit double and a 4 damage). Zod takes 4 Knockback but stops turning at after crossing the line. Now Zod is next to a friendly Donald Blake, and it is his turn. Blake successfully supports and rolls a 6 for healing. Does Zod stop turning after he recrosses the red line? If not, why? And then if he would be hit by superman, crossing the line again, would he stop clicking?

The lack of certain wording, such as "the first time" and "once per game" would lead me to believe that, yes, you would stop again if you healed past that line.
