Would it be possible for an app savvy developer to create an app that you log into using your HC Realms user name and password and when you do it syncs your collection, haves, and wants with the database you have on HCRealms? If it's possible would the Realms allow it?
That'd be amazing, as I constantly have to update three lists everytime I give something away or acquire a new piece (Units section, trade thread and Clix App).
Also is it possible to merge something like the IOS Clix app (which I love) with the Android rules app (which I've never seen but people love) or to organize teams you create into folders and sub folders for sorting?
I'm sure all of that is possible. The real questions are:
1. Will Wiz-Kids/HCREALMS.com allow it?
2. Will the app be too expensive for people? (This will be part of another question: Will the developer be able to build this and make it inexpensive enough for people to want to pay for it?)

Yeah the first question intrigues me. How come Wizkids would have to approve it? Wouldn't it just be HCRealms?
I remember there beng a button being developed for it. It seems to be gone now. Either way i can't imagine exporting to excel being terribly difficult to code.
Everything you've asked for should be possible from a programming stand point. Red king had the right of it, those are the two issues.
There's been clamour for a rules app on iOS, but I was wondering if people will be willing to pay for it. It's not actually hard to display everything but inputting all the information would be kinda crazy and not worth the effort if people aren't going to pay for it anyway. I was planning to add it to Themed Team.
