Wonder Girl Lasso + Resource

If Wonder Girl starts with the lasso attached via her trait can she also be assigned a resource?

No. While Wonder Girl's Lasso doesn't count toward your object total, it is still a special object on your force. You can't have both a special object and a resource on the same force.

mbstoner is correct. You can not assign a relic to a force that contains special objects.
