I cant post the powers wording i apologize for that, but if i master mind 5 damage to a stack of horde tokens and 5 are defeated, would this place is going to explode kick in 5 times, and if it does could the same character make 5 attacks?
This Place is Gonna Explode!: During your opponent’s turn, immediately after a character friendly to Big Figure is defeated, Big Figure or a character friendly to Big Figure can make a close combat attack or a ranged combat attack as a free action
Assuming you are using 2013 rules...
You could give a character 1 Ranged Combat Attack and 1 Close Combat Attacks, no more since the power says nothing allowing you to give the same game effect multiple times.

1. Can you give multiple figures (over the course of the turn) one ranged combat action each? Does the default limit of not using the same free action effect more than once look at big figure or the character he is affecting?
2. Under normal attack circumstances, when you remove one horde token for taking damage from an attack, when the removed token is defeated, does is continue to be part of the "character" it came from? More specifically, can a horde stack be the one to make the attack when its top token is defeated?

What rule are you referring to here?
EDIT: Oh, you're talking about just one character doing the actions. Never mind then.
Also, Masterminding 5 damage to a Horde stack will defeat 1 of them. You would need 5 separate attacks to defeat all 5.
Masterminding would remove 5 tokens.
2013 rulebook page 23:
When a stack takes damage from an attack, regardless of the amount of damage taken, remove only one token from the stack. When any other damage is dealt to the stack, remove one token for each click of damage.
Masterminded damage is not damage from an attack, so the bolded part applies.

Edit: stupid last two words.
Can This Place is Going to Explode be triggered multiple times in a turn by separate actions KOing characters?

Big Figure does not grant actions, he grants attacks. Each KOed character should trigger an atack.

I think his power disagrees with you.
What are you talking about? My post has always read as a currently does.

Yes, it can. It can also trigger several times from one action KOing several characters. You just can't give one character more than two free actions by Big Figure, because otherwise you would be activating the same effect with a free action more than once. But there is nothing preventing you from giving five free actions to five different characters if one attack KO's five of your guys.

That takes care of one question. That still leaves us with the issue of whether a defeated horde token is the same or different character than the stack it came from, allowing the stack to make the free action attack.
