So Im playing in a 400 point tourney next week that allows people to run team bases. I have no experience with them and have questions about it.



How does incapacitate work with it?

Does energy explosion work and hit just the base or all its characters?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Both of those powers.. whether being used by, or against a TB... Work like they would any other character.. unless something is specifically stated otherwise

Ok thank you. One more question, can I use incapacitate with Ranged Combat Expert?

No. To use Incapacitate, you need to give the character a close or ranged combat action to activate it. To use Ranged Combat Expert, you need to give the character a power action to activate it.
