Regarding the bolded part: Does this mean "all" characters or "any number of" characters, or "any single of the possible number of" characters? The plural "characters" coupled with the qualifier "any" would seem to mean "any number of", but I figured I would get this clarified before I attempted this in-game.

Another possibility, is characters a misprint in the units section (i'm at work and do not have the actual character card with me)?

EDIT: Yeah that link isn't very related to it. I still say it's any number ofother characters. Although all works as you can move them zero squares.

I searched and did not find........a-ha! that's because I put her name down wrong, it's White Queen, not Emma, whatta putz! Fixed the title, and my search and still not finding anything about multiple characters.

If its a locked value of 1, I don't think you could move anyone zero, right? Or is a locked value any number up to but not beyond the locked value?

From the RB:

"You don’t have to move a character its full speed value,..."

Locking it just replaces the value with 1 and allows no modifiers, but it still abides by the regular movement rules.

She can move everybody if she wants, but can choose not to move people. Friendly, opposing...
