Incap: blah blah blah... If the attack hits, give the target an action token; if the target already has two action tokens, deal the target one penetrating damage.
My question is if i hit a mystic with two tokens with incap, do i take a mystic click? Also if i target M10 Iron Man and i am assigned a relic or resource, does he get to roll to ignore the damage? (ADAPTIVE ARMOR: When Iron Man would take damage from a character assigned a relic or resource, Iron Man ignores that damage and rolls a d6. On a result of 1-3, deal Iron Man 1 unavoidable damage. This ability can't be ignored.) Would he get to roll if i outwitted his indom. and incapped him for a second token?
1) A character with the Mystic TA and two action tokens would damage the Incap-er.
2) M10 Iron Man and two tokens would get to roll if hit with Incap, because that attack is dealing damage.
3) M10 Iron Man with one token and Countered Indom, granted a second Action token from Incap, would not get to roll, because he is taking damage from Pushing, not from the attacker.
* 2 & 3 assume the attacker with Incapacitate is assigned with a Relic or Resource.

Yes, it is damage from an attack

Yes, Penetrating damage can be ignored.
Note: If a character has Willpower and 2 token is hit with Incapacitate they will still be dealt 1 penetrating damage that Willpower will not ignore since it is not pushing damage.

Wait. MisterID. Did you just say that if I outwit Iron mans defense and force him to push, he can roll out of it? but pushing damage is unavoidable...
No, I said if he has Willpower and 2 tokens and is hit with Incapacitate that he does get to roll for the Penetrating damage.
Also, Pushing Damage is not Unavoidable... otherwise Willpower would be useless.

When a character receives a second action token (usually because it has taken an action on two consecutive turns), deal one pushing damage to that character as actions resolve. Game effects that evade, reduce, ignore, or transfer damage do not affect pushing damage unless the effect specifically says it does.
