I have to admit, I wasn't excited to pull this guy. I don't know if I will ever play him. The Imperial Guard holds little excitement for me. But will I ever trade him away? Not unless it's a very good offer. Because their names are B'Nee and C'Cil.
BEANIE AND CECIL. THE SEA-SICK SEA SERPENT. AWESOME.

This guy is such a truck that it's not even funny. If you don't have Outwit (or B'Nee never comes off to catapult him across the map) then just go home. He's gonna get in your face, and with his absurd run of Invincible and sickly consistent stats (especially damage!) he's going to win most brawls. Better bring Pulse Wave. He's also got absolutely uncommon mobility for a brick of his ilk, so he will be able to engage who he wants.
we played a 400 points anything goes, Shi'ar base with Lilandra. Popped off Warstar turn one. turn two they hancuffed the Team base. Warstar goes on to kill everyone. WARSTAR KILLED EVERYONE. I like warstar.
Aslong as im reading "B'nee free" right it isnt too hard to work around his uncounterable invinvible.
The part im getting at is "when he takes damage from an attack". you have to remove b'nee. There is no "you may" remove b'nee. So on that, as far as i can see, you just hit him for 2 damage (one gets through) and b'nee comes off. Then outwit and attack away. ideally id make my second attack against them with EE just to take out b'nee.
other than that i think this is a great piece. if you habe no outwit your gonna have a tough time with this guy.
This piece is really, really good. The B'nee movement combos you can use because this beast ignores characters on movement are endless on both offense and defense. 5 star.
I play this guy all the time. People overlook the fact that he technically has a 17square reach. I played him with lilandra.
Step 1. Unattach b'nee
Step 2. Give B'nee a power action for warstar (C'Cil) a free move action
Step 3. Warstar charges for 6 squares
Step 4. Give lilandra a power action to pull warstar back to her
I call it the warstar ping pong effect

I'm so very, VERY glad WK has given us a new way to yo-yo! :tired:
Thank you for reading this. It makes me feel important.
This guy is a straight monster. Pulled him in a sealed with fantomex. Played them both and honestly this guy is way more brutal than fantomex. B'nee is insane with what you can do. The outwit on the pog is perfect if you might run into someone with senses and it has 8 range!! Extremely good. I will play this guy a lot from now on.
ok, so last post I was lambasted for mentioning the extremely cheap (in the dishonorable sense) YoYO thing he can do. My post was selling him short. Without that effect, he still truly is a thinking mans piece (if you want to get the most out of him). The innumerable combinations he has with b'nee, from deciding when to drop him for outwit, or keep him to make a ranged pot shot, to using B'nees movement special to either move warstar out of the danger zone or getting at the perfect angle to charge a stealther, this is THE MAN. I might start a W/L count with this guy, as currently I have lost 1 game with him out of 9!!! Love him so much. Favorite piece of all time (sorry 77pt scarlet spidey and AVX Cyk)

1)Base to base an opposing character
2)Pop B'nee off
3)Use B'nee to Outwit a defensive power
4)Use Warstar to SMASH!
5)Give B'nee his power action to move Warstar
6)Move Warstar away from the opponent two sqaures while staying adjacent to B'nee
7)Reconnect B'nee to Warstar
...Its my fancy Outwit/Sidestep Combo! :D

From the Core Rulebook... Breaking Away: If a character occupying a square adjacent to one or more opposing characters is given an action and attempts to move, that character must successfully break away before it can move, as shown in Figure 8.

You would need to roll breakaway for step #6.
