Hello guys,
Quick question: Can I use attack first and then in the same turn outwit? Its a question regarding 018 Red Robin from TT set.

You can Outwit after or before you give that figure a power action.

Yes. You can only give a character one non-free action per turn. There's no restriction on the number of free actions it can be given in a turn.
