At the risk of being chewed up, I'm just going to say that he's hardly broken. He plays at generally 3 different levels. Annoying secondary attacker(25-100) annoying secondary attacker or tentpole depending on point levels(125-175), tentpole(200+). From the beginning of the game you can tell how much or how little you need to devote to him. His stats while changing never cross into top dial attacker(4 clicks total with higher then 10 attack and all pending on you hitting that lucky die roll). On top of that terrible move levels for a piece any higher then 125 points and a defense that never climbs above 18 and is only there on 2 clicks.
Yes he's a damage sponge, but you don't have to give into hitting that sponge unless you need to. Either focus on him as the most dangerous attacker, or focus on the actual dangerous attacker. Very few games 500 or under are going to have a ton of heavy hitters. And if it's higher then that you should be fielding your own cosmic powered forces. He can only do so much as a single piece and so many abilities beyond any specific strategy can hurt him. PW, EE, Poison, Quake, Precision, Incap and mind control.
My point is there are LOTS of options without you having to tear down all your builds and prepare for this one character. Can he destroy a game? Sure, but at low levels he's just a relatively cheap hitter. I'd rather have a cheetah prime or giganta FF for 100 points. And more than that cost I can think of plenty of characters I'd want. And if he's 250-300 points, look at the options of characters in that spot? In this set alone Darkseid 300 can beat him hands down. 10 range and ignore everything that can block? Reduce damage always? Ignore cahracters when moving. Bizarro can soak up as much as he wants darkseid could literally runn circles AND shoot him til his 12 hits become the biggest joke ever. He's not the only mega piece that can either. Not broken, just frustrating, as most cosmic pieces are
Bizzaro is far from broken. i faced him twice at my venues 300pt modern tournament and beat him twice. granted my AvX Spiderman had some help with the IG but it was still a win. Bizzaro looks broken but once you face him. you see the flaws
Used him in a 300 point game. In our previous 300 point booster draft he killed (no surprise). I played him in a 300 point constructed at 200 points and used Enchantress (50) and Splitlip&Bots (50) and then i gave Bizarro Angrir's hammer (and won). This guy can win you a lot of games, but you have to play him right and always remember if you have sidestep you can use it before you roll for his powers ... that lil bit of mobility is very helpful
Love this guy!! Used him tonight at my venue....400 pts preconstructed w/ an additional 100 to draft....played him @ 225 pts w/ avx scarlet witch, ASM dagger, and the Phoenix force w/ namor, colossus, and cyclops shards....namor went on the big guy and cyclops on dagger.....unfortuneatly...my pulls were lousy so i didnt win the night...but i did manage to not let him die in any of my games....w/ consistent invuln..this guy is NASTY!!! Not only is he strong...but his ever changing dial makes outwit near usesless on him...and completely frustrating opponents in hilarious as well!!! great fig!!
His movement powers come in clix of 3, so you can outwit a movement power and if they roll a 3 or 6, it stays outwitted. Or just outwit indomitable. Pretty efficient way to neuter him.

oo good point blanked on that. I figure I'll see a lot of him tomorrow at an event.
He's pretty fun to play with! Just to mess around with newbies and have then be like: "WTF!?" when they don't see a KO in the dial~ But I think the fast forces one is better in terms of "consistency" by not having the dial turning randomly all turns (plus he deals 5 damage on the first click) XD And I like that the FF one gets a +3 from light objects! (I still really like this bizarre Bizarro.
In my opinion, venues should make a house rule that you score 25 points for each unique Orrazib token off of Bizarro's card at the end of the game.
