Does CATWS 003 Black Widow have to be part of a NAMED theme team and not just a theme team in order to use her trait?

"ESPIONAGE: DOUBLE AGENT: When Black Widow is part of a themed team and she uses Probability Control as a result, you may reduce the number of times your opponent can use Probability Control from being a themed team, instead of you. When she uses Probability Control as a result of being part of a themed team, she is not given an action token."

I assume she does since you cant now use PC anymore on a normal theme team, but since she is using the opponents TTPC im not so sure

All of the wording indicates she is part of a named theme team. The write-up waslikely done without the rules change in mind, so generic would have been ok before the rules change. It has to be named now, not that it's too difficult with her keywords [Avengers, S.H.I.E.L.D., Strike Team, soldier].

If she's not part of a named theme theme, then she can't use Theme Team PC at all, so her trait would never even have a chance to trigger in the first place.
