MYSTICAL ENERGY: During your turn choose one: Give White Witch a power action, and each opposing character's combat values can't be modified until your next turn; or give White Witch a free action, and each opposing character can't be given more than one free action until your next turn.
Am I right to assume that this means is you use Running Shot/Charge/HSS that you wouldn't be able to use Outwit/Prob/Perplex afterwards (or vice versa) since RS/CH/HSS are Power Actions that grant an attack/action as a free action?
I started a thread with this in mind, to remind people exactly what is a Free Action so they'll know how best to work around the Free Action limiters like Agent 13/WW/SciPol.
You can't, for example, Leadership or Poison at the beginning of your turn and then make an attack as a part of Charge/RS/HSS. You can't Sidestep into Charge/RS/HSS. A character can't use the Quake granted by a hammer dropped off the BoS and then Charge/RS/HSS.
