Can AvX cyclops shoot through elevation. Not up onto elevation or down from elevation. BUT through elevation and hit someone on the other side. Also, what can he shoot through and what can he not shoot through.

Since nothing on his card states he ignores elevation when drawing Lines of Fire, then he can not ignore elevation when drawing Lines of Fire.

He does not ignore elevation. He ignores blocking terrain.

He can shoot through barriers and printed blocking terrain on a map.

Not to nitpick but there are other forms of blocking that are neither barrier or printed blocking so it is best to keep it basic.

He ignores anything that has the name blocking in it's description like;

EARTHSHOCK: Geo-Force begins the game with the Earthern Fist attached. Give Geo-Force a power action and place the Earthern Fist in an unoccupied square of clear terrain that is within 10 squares, line of fire, and is adjacent to an opposing character; make a close combat attack targeting the adjacent opposing character. If you hit, the opposing character can't target characters friendly to Geo-Force until the Earthern Fist has been destroyed. The Earthen Fist is considered a square of blocking terrain. When Geo-Force has no action tokens, you may attach the Earthern Fist to Geo-Force.


The biggest 2 things to look for are the specific words "blocking or elevated" and the red(elevated) and brown(blocking) squares on the card following the improved movement and targeting symbols. they are exclusively interchangeable.
