So, I'm wondering the official ruling on FI Iron Man's Mighty Revert ability: MIGHTY REVERT: IRON MAN: When turning the dial if this click is revealed due to damage taken from an opponent's attack, stop turning the dial. Give Iron Man a free action and replace him with a figure with the same name and less points that's the same number of clicks from its starting line. That character can't be given an action this turn and modifies its attack and damage values by +1 for the rest of the game. This power can't be ignored.
So when it says a figure with the same name, does that mean the figure's name or can you use it's real name? If I revert, do I have to revert to an Iron Man or can I revert to Tony Stark or any character that has Tony Stark as a real name?
Tony Stark does not count as the same name, only the same real name. Not good enough for revert. Just like "Iron Man Mk 42" is not the same name as "Iron Man". Needs to be exactly the same name printed on the base.

Damn. And here I was thinking FI Iron Man revert to IIM Iron Doom would be awesome. Oh well, thank you for answering!
What happens if you don't have another fig to revert to?
It says this power can't be ignored?
Its a stop click, that is what makes the can't be ignored power relevant.
Theme team is determined at the beginning of the game. If you pulled off a theme with a 250 pt figure on your team, congrats, you sti have use of your theme rolls.
As a general rule, a character that uses a theme granted probability control must have the keyword of the theme. So if your theme is Asgardian and you revert to Iron Man without the Asgardian keyword, you would not be able to give that Iron Man a token to use theme team probability control.

You only check theme when building the force, not throughout the match, so it won't break theme.
Only characters with the keyword you are themed to can be given the action token to use theme team PC.
If you don't have another figure to revert into, I recommend not taking the free action to revert as it won't do anything if you did.
The reason it can't be ignored is to prevent pulse wave from blowing right past this click, since it is also a stop click. The free action part also can't be ignored, but ignoring it wouldn't really do anything anyways.

So does this can't be ignored mean that I have to do the revert on my turn? For example, my Iron Fist is double tapped and I want to keep his close combat reflexes as my defense. Once it come to my turn, can I choose not to revert, clear if I am not hit, and revert on my next turn? I know how the can't be ignored works with Pulse Wave, but the actual choosing when to do it is what's confusing me. Can I choose when I want to revert? Or must I do it on my turn?

Nothing makes you revert. You can choose to, or choose not to. You don't even have to have a figure you can revert to.
