The figures from the Dark Knight Rises set have a different symbol for BATMAN ENEMY TA.

Now, it's the exact same description as the regular BATMAN ENEMY TA just with a different symbol.

Can I use this TA when adjacent to a regular BATMAN ENEMY? Or being a different symbol, can the Dark Knight Rises BATMAN ENEMIES only use the TA with figures from that one set?

I'm looking for an official judgement here.

It's the same ability, but a different symbol. An effect looking for a character using the Batman Enemy TA could use the effect from either symbol.

An effect looking for the specific symbol would only work when using the specific symbol mentioned regardless that the effect is the same.
