(On a side note: I was relatively clueless on the Giant Size+Pulse Wave+Mystics situation and Aranatta graciously clarified even though it hurt his team. Just wanted to "publicly" thank you for your honesty).

2) FI Captain America charges to N14 and attacks Cyborg. 11 on a 16 for 3. Rolls a 4. Miss!

3) Mole Man emerges for the undergrowth and moves to P16 (right back into hindering).

Raven actually woudln't have been able to use the TTPC there, Since she has PC showing on the dial she can't use TTPC. I'm pretty relaxed here, but if you play in the fantasy leagues they'll probably want a bit more description in your actions, you may want to mention pulsewave in your opening attack and a lot of guys like to see the dice rolls in your turn write ups too. There isn't any real wrong or right formatting, everyone does things a bit different.

Thanks for the heads up! I was wondering about Raven's TTPC, but I thought I'd err on the side of caution. Sorry I didn't post the rolls, my gmail all of a sudden decided that HCUtils is spam and I couldn't find my rolls for a minute.
