Agreed with everyone else that this juggernaut is pretty sad. Played him in a game the other day on a brotherhood team and it was pretty sad and unjuggernaut of him to be sidestepping into a fight.
Too bad since I was pretty excited to see him randomly included in this set after being left out from watx.

Agree that this is a pretty sad Juggernaut.
He wasn't randomly included in this set since one of the sub themes is Thunderbolt.
In the words of Rocket Raccoon:"Ain't no thing like me, 'cept ME!"
I'm a little confused as to why he wouldn't have Super Strength on his last click. Why would all of his stats go up if he physically gets weaker? This actually played into a game I played where he had to drop his light object.... for no reason!

Maybe he's moving too fast to care about using objects? You have a good point, though.
I don't donate and I use adblock. I guess that makes me a thief?
I'm a bit confused why his attack would dip down in the middle instead of just ramping up like all of his other stats.
I've been analyzing this Juggie and come to conclude that the attack dip was meant for the FI Kuurth Revert power. Since you get to assign Kuurth's hammer to this Juggie, the attack dip would still be an 11. That means, this Juggie would actually be sporting a 14ATK on his last click. So you basically trade off 3 clicks of Kuurth's long dial for a ridiculously high attack.
It seems that this Juggie wasn't design to be a great addition to a team but as a strategic Revert piece for FI Kuurth.
This guy is just PERFECT for his Point Cost and Playability. He's just an absolute ANIMAL out there, regardless of Team Build. I actually really like his Top Dial Sidestep because mixed in with his Improved Movement, he turns into an awesome Chess Piece. Your opponent has his/her Relic tucked around a corner? Just move Juggs all the way over, leaving him a couple squared around that corner from said Relic. Now you've applied Chess Style pressure on your opponent. What if he gets hit? Who cares!? BRING IT ON! Just love this guy and his Point Cost is an absolute steal

Four stars at the time of this post feels about right, and most of what folks have been posting applies. Even for team-player Juggie this figure falters just a bit with the loss of Super Strength at the end, and the opening Toughness.
That said...holy wow. 115 point Juggernaut (oh, who are we kidding, 123 points for TBolts) does not drop below 8 movement, 9 attack, 16 defense, or 3 damage. Compared to his prior versions, he's playable for that reason alone, especially in the 100-125 point bracket. The Hulk-out aspect obviously plays to reverting Kuurth, but makes him only more threatening if not focused down in regular play. And as a personal opinion, being most dangerous when on the verge of being taken down feels completely accurate to comics. I'm completely going to TBolt this figure to X-Men and abusing the bananas out of that, nevermind Hammertime. Okay, okay, maybe a LITTLE Hammertime.
Not a flawlessly playable figure, but very solid. I still want a new, beefcakey Juggernaut to smash people with but this figure will not be neglected even if/when we get the full-power Chosen of Cyttorak version.

Arguendo of the Beige Lanterns (Pedantry Corps)
Feb 2015: JL Trinity War has have given us the CSA, playable and together. Twice. ROCK ON!
REClixed: Justice for Dmitri Pushkin (your sacrifice will not be forgotten)! New generic Rocket Red @50-75 points while we're at it? Still no 19DV Defender? (WoS Groot doesn't count)
Power Girl AND Bust.
I finally used him and murdered a Wolverine who smacked him to his last click.
But it did bug me that he lacks any Charge on the end of his dial. Once you get there and stop having enemies close to you, he stops feeling like Juggernaut. You're just carefully walking around trying to avoid bullets (without the ability to push).
Juggernaut should always have Charge (without Relics or nonsense like that).
Other than that I just like that he fits on teams. He's not near as weak as people claim.
