sooo what if you have a prime on your force and you take over your opponents prime with the swap.... the forces have already been constructed..sooo? you end up with 2 primes no your force? would this be legal. and what about if you end up going over your points. you have eactly 300 points with copycat and swap for a character that puts you at 310 points.. the forces have already been constructed.. soooo? need clarification because seems like all of this would be legal with his powers. and i know the first person is going to say you cannot have more than 1 prime on your force.. but! the forces have already been constructed!!!!

Calm your tits, brah. I'm pretty sure you answered your own question. The forces have already been constructed, so all that's legal. That's how I see it, anyway.
I don't donate and I use adblock. I guess that makes me a thief?
While this is a question for the Rules forum instead of the Units section, the 2014 rulebook specifies (page 4) that the rule applies when building your force. Copycat can steal a Prime.
Is damage included in all game effects? Like if I hit her, does the other character take the damage when they switch back? My buddy was playing her and switched my character. I just ran her out and used her to stop his characters movement while my other characters shot his pieces. He didn't want to kill her because that would be bad for him.
I'm just not sure why this would be good?
Also what happens when she dies? Power goes away and my piece comes back? And does it take damage?
Well, if you can find a way to give her Regeneration early, this might help with her non-sense. Maybe either through the Book of the Skull, or copying an allies.
doesn't say anything about the effect ending if she is KO'ed. I say poison/incap her to death and keep that fancy pants stolen brother voodoo on your team. Haha poison her to death with the stolen voodoo.

Well, when you make an attack with Incap, she still get's a chance to fail the Shapechange roll, but I guess you can try and take her out with a character that has Battle Fury. But I assume, since the the effect is "endable", then her being KO'ed ends the power as well. Maybe not though, it's not clear.
Also, I would't want to KO her, unless I HAD TO, because I do not want to give my opponent 90 points. The same reason why giving Victoria Hand to your opponent and KOing her immediately is a bad idea; giving free points to your opponent.
once she is swapped to your team you are stuck with her! the only way you will get rid of her is if she fails shape change or attempts regen. that is it. if she gets KO'd by someone with battle fury guess what... she still is your character! and the opponent that stuck you with her gets the victory points and keeps your character!

Yeah, it's going to be a pain fighting her. She is in no way broken. But I do know for certain that if your copycat (that you gave to the opponent) is KO'd THEY get the points for it. Just like if you had Mind Controlled someone and rolled a critical miss and got KO'd. OR the same with Victoria Hand. OR the same with a POSSESSED figure.
You only get the victory points for characters that began the game on the opponent's build. Even though they switch, it is still considered "your figure, but under the effects of her trait."
If I am using her on a theme team and I switch with a character that does not have that particular keyword, Do I still get the theme prob? Also, does the guy I have stolen get to use one of the probs?
If they are friendly before you place your characters, do you place copycat (if opposing) in your starting area and the same only vice-versa with the other character?
