This ATA is crazy underrated. With filler like Hand Ninjas and Thule Society Priests, every Hydra team should have enough users of this ATA to completely shut down your opponent's Outwit, Perplex, and PC.

Too bad the rule of three would be in effect there, but if I read this correctly it does mean that most if the opposing character has 6 or less range than they have only 3 range for the free actions.

The Rule of Three is certainly in effect when modifying range values, but not when lowering the minimum range. If you have at least 5 figures using this ATA the minimum range for any opposing figure using these support powers is only 1. Any figure with 5 range or less can only use 1 instead.

Stupid question. But where do I get this? It looks like a regular ATA. But it says that it is super rare.
