Prizes for most wins, most points, best team
So those are my specifics, I'm attempting to go for most wins or most points. Team i've built so far.

It's a pretty min/max team, but i rather like the idea of using the relics and aggressively attempting to pick them up, sin can literally pick a hammer up on anything other than a 1, if she's next to thule society priest, the rest of my characters can pick a hammer up on anything other than a one or two.

This team is probably the less min/max team, but i'd still say it's pretty nasty. This team has a lot of pieces i've wanted to try with the hammer, the batman for example has always been a really nasty contender, but without a move and attack, he's rather hard to position, so i looked at this with a couple ideas, either get him a hammer, or use enchantress to tk him around(and she can pick up the hammer with willpower)
Thoughts and critiques are appreciated, I'm definitely not above some skepticism, but if your comments are "oh my god your teams are suck and mean and you're a bad person" please kindly go rant on a different thread. Thanks in advance.

These limitations particularly the 10 minute rounds will probably push people to use heavy one man armies with strong alpha striking such as Team Bases and figures with Multi Attack. Anything with an excessively deep dial such as Team Bases will likely be very hard to KO for the points in the given time. Granted you do risk being out of the tournament if your Team Base is KOed but that is a risk you take in this style of event.

I recommend dropping Sin and Rick Jones, use the extra points to bump Dark Phoenix up to the 200pt dial. Switch Nerkkod's for Greithoth's as everyone that could wield the hammers already fly's or has phasing and can be carried. I would switch Nul's out as well but if you expect AVX Scarlet Witch I would keep it as backup in case you lose Power Cosmic.
This leaves you with 33 points to fill. If you have cw010 Donald Blake he is a perfect fit. If not there are a variety of good utility figures in that points range from Skadi's Warbot for a cheap backup attacker to an Autopilot Batcycle to ferry your team around and drop smoke clouds.

I forgot to mention nothing bigger than peanut bases, so team bases are out. I've kinda been conditioned never to play dark phoenix at any point cost other than 100, due to not having a set of powers that work in tandem(HSS and Energy explosion actually work though with the new rule sets) so that's a pretty good option. I like D Blake over the warbot because i feel like the warbot is too easy to destroy, the batcycle however is a really good idea and i think i might run with that. Appreciate the ideas, the venue i go to isnt highly competitive, so I'm not particularly worried, but i definitely like to hear ideas about teams i run and any particular weaknesses the team i thought about might have.
