I'm sure this has been answered, but I can't seem to find it. Doctor Bong has a special Pulse Wave and I was wondering if his Pulse Wave effects characters 12 squares or 6 squares away from him. I ask because it doesn't say printed ranged.

Is says with a range of 12 if its single target and 6 if its multi-target.

Pulse Wave is always half range, so when it says "with a range value of 12" you cut that in half for 6.

With a Range Value of 12 for Pulse Wave, the Area of Effect would be half that, effecting everyone within 6 squares.

Single/multiple targets only come into play for how much damage is dealt, not in determining the AoE.
