She really should not have prob. But a decent figure. Kind of lazy design though
Why not? Have you read any comic books that she appeared in? She received "bad luck" powers from the Kingpin because she thought that her lack of "super" powers would make her a liability to Spider-Man. She eventually lost this ability. These "bad luck" powers are translated in to probability control in Heroclix. So yes, she should have probability control. Then, she should eventually lose them further down her dial.

Caused all my opponent's no end of trouble. Park her in stealth, and just move her around the board with Improved Movement, aiding your main attacker's with her Prob Control. If you need to tie someone up, just send her in there and let her combat reflexes do the talking. And if she takes a hit, you've got some outwit. Excellent figure for the points.

I recently played her on a Defenders team that went up against an army of Ultrons. I ultimately lost, but this woman right here tied up about half a dozen drones. My buddy thought he was clever to swarm her, but he missed her over a dozen times in a row. No joke. She put up an amazing fight and earned herself a permanent place in my collection.
I'll be somewhat surprised if there's ever a Black Cat that tops this one in my esteem (yes, even the generic from World's Finest). She's literally the only character in the game that brings a decent copyable team ability to a Spider-Man Family theme team! With the new Superior Foes people and their Spider-Verse trait for adjacent placement, her stock just went WAY up.
After getting some time to play her with the Spider-Verse stuff, wow.
She's one of the few options for top-dial Prob in the Spider-Man Family keyword, and her being cheap is reason alone to use her.
But her providing the Defenders TA to a wildcard heavy team is also very useful. That, plus her access to the Defenders ATA for attack value sharing is incredibly useful, and feels thematic for the Family. Playing her and the ATA with Spider-Knight is something that I haven't tried yet, but a whole team with 12 attack and 19-defense sounds frightening.
WIN/LOSS: 9-3 This version of Black Cat is tough to outshine mainly due to her Defenders TA, something the Spider-Man family keyword desperately needs for copying on keyword themed team. Wonderfully mobile and the expected and invaluable Probability Control, 4 years later she is still putting in the work no other Black Cat can do.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
6 years old and I've still never seen a dial worth replacing this one as the Black Cat in my collection. Still well worth her 65 points, character accurate, and fun. Lately Wizkids seems to think simple/standard power dials must be limited and boring, but let her stand as a reminder that boring is a design choice, not dependant on fancy traits or lack thereof.
