Phantom Girl and Empower

Hello! I have a doubt with the interaction between PG's attack power and Empower.

Quote

PHASING ATTACK: Phantom Girl can use Incapacitate. When she is given a move action, after actions resolve, she may be given a close combat action as a free action, targeting any one opposing character occupying a square she moved through.

If she finishes her move adjacent to a figure with Empower, does her attack benefit of the +1 dmg?

Yes it does. She is making a close combat attack while adjacent to someone with Empower.
